Dyana McMahon champions the behavioral support program at Caressant Care Bourget and is instrumental in ensuring all residents are getting the referrals and follow ups that they need completed. She also works with her colleagues to ensure every resident's care plan is thorough and complete.

Through Dyana's BSO leadership, the home has been able to reduce the number of episodes of escalation and hospital transfers due to behaviors.

On top of this, Dyana has been integral to ensuring all staff feel supported in their daily work. She works with individuals to help with their workload and avoid burnout, and has developed effective communication tools to empower staff with knowledge to provide more holistic resident care.
