We are saddened to learn of the passing of a PSW at Altamont Care Community Home in Scarborough. Our hearts go out to the family, coworkers and Residents of this dedicated healthcare worker. 

We are all one big family in long term care and, like any family member, we grieve with you and stand with you during this difficult time.
